Grim Studio is an independent brand created by me, Lupita Jimenez! I created Grim Studio as an outlet to make art more accessible whether that be through hosting paint n sips, creating behind the scene videos of my work process, or providing affordable original art! Most of my work is heavily inspired from my experience growing up as an immigrant and things that bring my joy ie silly little doodles. I’m looking at you Onigiri-Zoro!

About Me, i said my name is Lupita but everyone calls me Loopy. I’m an artist born in Mexico and raised en el Estados Unidos. My family and I came to the US with nothing so you can imagine how creative i had to become to entertain myself. i started with making comics at 8 years old to now owning a toolkit of pastels, oils, acrylics, ink, graphite, clay, and videography. My art is a reflection of how i came to be and what i experience. It is the witness of my existence.
